Feelings of romance and hope imbue the spring months, as well as the music released this time of year. We're thrilled to present three uplifting new cuts by Jallen, Alex Byrka, & Jacqueline, which brilliantly capture the optimistic mood of the spring season.

American phenom Jallen has witnessed extraordinary radio support this past year across the globe. We were thrilled to feature him for the first time on our recent "Only Silk 03" compilation, his contribution to which is now available in full, unmixed form on this release. Specifically, Jallen's soulful remix of Schodt's classic "Angel No. 8" begins with a rolling bassline and a lush, melodic soundscape. The signature vocal stutters from the original mix tastefully punctuate the numerous midrange layers. In the song's heartfelt climax, we are treated to a triumphant breaks interlude, which crescendoes into a roaring drop.

Alex (a.k.a. Alexander) Byrka last appeared years ago on Silk with his stellar contribution to Silk Royal Showcase 02, "She Doesn't Know" (in collaboration with Bianco Soleil). It's our joy to feature him again, as his "Made In Heaven" is a truly rapturous progressive house classic in the making. Gorgeous melodic layers, including an ethereal vocal effect, join an energetic groove. In the main break, a stunning piano theme captures the 'heavenly' aura of the song and helps it reach its emotional zenith.

Like Jallen, Indonesian talent Jacqueline is a first-time contributor to our imprint. She makes an impressive debut with "Rise Up," a vintage progressive house cut that centers on a moody and infectious chord progression. A vocal stab sequence and piano motif enhance the already rich midrange, culminating in an inspired drop.
